SPOTLIGHT KIT FOR A SELECTION PANEL

Each panel member should receive a kit containing:

• Spotlight Briefing for Selection Panel
• A full position description
• A copy of the job advertisement
• a list of possible Sample Questions – these are sample interview questions, and there is at least one question for each of the Spotlight skill elements
• a Spotlight Job Interview Decision Sheet for assessing the Spotlight skills that are included in the selection criteria for each applicant.
